Hi, I’m Kelly— the creator behind Kelly’s Green Kitchen, a plant-based recipe hub and lifestyle brand rooted in fresh, seasonal cooking and a touch of New England charm.
I started this space to share my love for plant-based cooking, healthy living, and approachable nutrition. With a background in Health & Nutrition Sciences, I’ve always been fascinated by the way food impacts our health and energy. Combined with my experience in communications, I’ve learned how to take the science and turn it into stories — recipes and lifestyle content that feel inspiring, joyful, and easy to bring into everyday life.
Here you’ll find the vibrant, veggie-forward meals I make for family and friends — dishes that are nourishing, simple, and always delicious.
