๐Ÿฅฃ Homemade Granola with Agave, Flax & Sunflower Seeds

This granola is naturally sweetened, loaded with healthy fats and fiber, and totally free of preservatives. Pantry-friendly, totally customizable, and perfect for slow mornings or on-the-go snacks.

๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • ยผ cup ground flaxseed ๐ŸŒพ

  • ยฝ cup raw sunflower seeds ๐ŸŒป

  • ยฝ cup unsweetened coconut flakes ๐Ÿฅฅ

  • 1ยฝ tsp cinnamon

  • ยผ cup agave syrup ๐Ÿฏ (or maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt ๐Ÿง‚ (optional)

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together agave and vanilla.

  4. Pour wet ingredients over the dry and mix well until everythingโ€™s coated.

  5. Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake for 20โ€“25 minutes, stirring halfway.

  6. Let cool completely โ€” it crisps up as it cools!

  7. Store in an airtight jar and enjoy for up to 2 weeks (if it lasts that long ๐Ÿ˜‰).
